So i managed 1st 2 runs for week 4. Felt brilliant and really enjoying the progress, not easy though! Then I come down with a horrible flu like, chesty, achy nasty cold. Been knocked off my feet and was due to do my 3rd run yesterday. So not happy, feel like I was a kite starting to fly well and then get stuck in a tree!!! I am beginning to feel more human now and trying to get my head back where I was. I hope at best I will be able to get out again Sunday or Monday??? Whenever it is, it will be the guts of a week since my last run. Really don't want to go back too far but I realise with Week 5 looking very demanding, I want to go into it having freshly completed all of week 4. So I'm thinking of starting off with R1 Wk 4 again when I'm fit and hope this will be enough. Maybe I will have to take it back further but this is what I'm aiming for. Sorry, I'm not looking sympathy just trying to make sure my mind and intentions stay on track as this has really knocked me off my track!

Sorry you've had a bit of a set back. Why not have a go at w4r3? You might find it easier than you think and stepping in to w5 may not be as hard as you fear.
I agree with Beckipeg. Have a go at w4r3...if it goes well move on to w5 if you find that you struggled repeat it.

Yes make sure you are feeling better because this old virus that is around doesn't go easily. I have had the cough for weeks now, missed a week around week 6 and went back too early. Result I found it very hard and that puts you off. You have done really well so far so should be able to start where you left off -at the worst go back to the start of week 4.

I was sick for 3 wks so I went back to week 4 run2 then jumped to week 5. Found this very do-able!!!! You will be well able for it
