Week 5 run 1 done.. Not so bad

After Wednesday evenings run My knee really hurt and although it was not extremely painful today, it was hurting a little and so It was with a little anxiety that I went out this morning for the first run of week 5. I kept telling myself if it hurt that bad I would just have to stop. The first couple of minutes it was twinging but then it seemed that as the muscles warmed up then the pain went away. I have now been back from my run for 3 hours and no pain so far. I have to keep to the 3 runs a week from now on as I am doing the race for life on 13th May and so may just about graduate a couple of days before if I keep to the plan.
