Run in daylight

Have already been out this morning...I know it's early for a bank holiday but was awake so decided to get up and get on with it. Bonus was that whilst still early it was daylight. Probably only 4th or 5th time I've run when it's been light.

Today's run was back on track to where I was just as I finished week 9 and after the last couple of bad weeks am happy with that (managed 4.1km in 32 mins). As I sit here and type this my shins don't hurt :) and I'm hoping it stays that way...tried out compression socks today for the first time so am hoping they have done the trick together with the stretches I've been doing.

Off for a shower and then a bacon butty as a treat.

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter :)

Suzz2012 you will get there. If I can anyone can. It's taken me months to get to this point.. I've been on this running journey for 12 weeks and determined to get to my next goal of 5k in 30 mins. Just need to keep plodding on :)
