W5R1 - Sunday morning bright and early.

Wake up at 5am and fed the little one, snuggle her up in bed next to the other half and declare I'm off out. Once I'd got a drink, my gear on and all sorted out it was around 6am.

Today's session was 3x 5 minute runs with 3 minute walking breaks.

I loved it, the morning was gorgeous, sunshine just breaking through, birds cheeping, very little traffic or anyone else around. Couldn't have asked for better conditions.

This was a great motivator and had my head in good positive place.

I kept good pace (my usual slow plod) and really enjoyed myself.

Timed my route well and was back home in a great mood ready for the day.

Going out in the mornings alone is a treat!! I must sound mad but it truly is. I'm not grumpy and I've cleared my head ready for the day.

W5R2 this evening hopefully.
