I know. It's not good is it? I did w7 r2 yesterday and it was also hard. We have the joy (????) of weeks 8 and 9 to go yet too! I just find the music, especially in the second and third run of the week so boring yet I don't want to part with Laura.

Personally I found the early weeks positively enjoyable but not sure I can say the same now. Only sheer determination gets me through it. Keep going...and going...and going. At least we are all in the same boat.

Isnt it funny how i can say three words and you all know exactly what i mean ha ha, like some of you say its a love hate thing, i hate it when im doing it and i love it when i have done and cant wait to do it again, then you do and you hate it ha ha ha what a funny bunch we are. Next one tomorrow. Oh and who would of thought that you wished it was only a 20min run when you are doing at 25 eh, thats just incredible isnt it!
