Wow well done!! It's lovely to see people about my age taking up running. Like you, I never thought I could be a runner but I'm doing C25k for the 3rd time. 2 weeks to my 3rd graduation 😄I hope I can keep it up this time, I often go into hibernation mode and my fitness drops back a bit. Onwards and upwards!

Thank you ChampGran,. Yes , thought I might be a bit old to achieve this but so glad I did it . I'm going to try keeping it going and who knows what I can ac hieve. I've had a few health problems in the past few years which have made me realise how much I love life and the importance of keeping fit to keep enjoying it.
