Well… after really enjoying over 8 weeks of C25k I succumbed to a nasty bout of Severe Man Flu ( well, a head cold with a bit of chest infection 😂) and couldn’t get beyond W9 R1 - just two runs short of my aim to complete before Christmas
Ah well! Never mind.
Having recuperated over the post Xmas period I’m lucky enough to be escaping the hills and weather of Lancashire for a few days in the Spanish sunshine.
So after tomorrow’s New Years Eve celebrations on the Costa Blanca ( and some more post Hogmanay recuperation) I’m getting back on the programme
I’m thinking I should go back a few weeks in the programme, or should I just try a gentle run to see how it goes?
Any advice from fellow C25Kers would be greatly appreciated!
My new goal (New Year Resolution) is to do a park run sometime in the early part of 2025🤞🤞
