Finally I have conquered the demon that sat whispering on my shoulder, I managed to get week 6 run 4 completed. It has been a hard slog getting here but it's nice to be here at last. It wasn't pretty but got through it without having walk, hate to sound smug but I'm feeling very pleased with myself and also enthused to give week 7 a go. Thank you. I can report that the gremlin has been sent packing and is currently disappearing over the horizon along with the self destructive habits of my past. Bring on week 7 .
