Finally after months of repetitions and slow progress I'm in week 9 and have posted 38min 5k (inc first 5 mins of warm up walk). Really chuffed. Now the goal is to finish the program with 2 more runs and then get established in repeating 30 mins runs for a few weeks with the goal to eventually reach sub-30 5k!
