Hi, can anyone offer any help please - I can't upload an image to my profile, I keep getting the above message. I tried on my phone, and on different browsers on my laptop - but nothing seems to work! Thanks in advance.

It may help to reduce the size of your image before uploading it. You're probably best getting it down to about 250kB maximum.

Support have also just replied to my email:

...It looks like the ability to upload images is currently being affected by the mitigations we had to put in place over the weekend. The team are continuing to work to get this fixed...
