I am so amazed that there are just 3 runs to graduation. I still keep checking my c2k app to make I haven't dreamed my progress. Today's last run of week 8 was a bit of a challenge.. I run on trails and due to the recent rain, I decided to try my new trail running Altra Lone Peaks. I found them really challenging to run in. I much prefer my Altra Escdlantes- they are lighter and just feel good. My legs feel like I've had more of a workout than normal so I guess there are some benefits.
But onwards and upwards. I'm now thinking of what I'll do when I graduate. What apps would you recommend to keep.me progressing?

🍏Changing shoes can sometimes be a problem. I had a problem once as well. You have made excellent progress and I have posted a link about consolidation for you.
There are many apps out there to explore. Many of us fine the Nike Run Club a good one to start with. It’s free too. Excellent coaching, a wide choice of topics, plans if you want one and a choice of time. Download & have a little explore!
Another good idea once you have graduated is to join Bridge to 10k our follow on forum with lots of post couch to 5k ideas.
Enjoy these longer runs. Take them slowly as you build up strength & stamina. Hopefully you are adding some strength & flex exercises into your routines. We look forward to seeing you cross that finish line soon! 👍🤩
