Congratulations on your restarting C25K. I’m sure you will soon get back into it and you will manage the 60 miles fo such a great cause. How does the 60 miles work out is it over the month of August ?

yeah, the whole month of august, I’m doing just under 3 miles a day and having 2 days rest a week. Well that’s the plan 😂

Welcome back... !

How are you planning out your 60 Miles...? Are you walking some days and using your runs too... ? You will need to take it gently to cover the miles... and make sure you do not over stretch yourself..

Rest days too are going to be needed. Do let us know your plan:)

PS

Have seen your plan... take it gently and do some jeffing if need be?

morning Golden2021 your not alone . I’ve suffered an injury and decided that couch to 5k was the better option to break myself back in gently and not go off to fast and do any harm . Well done ok restarting couch to 5k and joining us all. Also well done on the 60 miles for august you’ve got this . Good luck and take care . Keep us posted

Well done on setting such an ambitious goal for such a good cause. I echo everyone's advice to ensure your giving your body the rest it needs between runs.

Best of luck and do keep us posted.
