Well,not quite an Olympic gold in the triathlon, but a personal gold in C25K.

Yes today I did my first 30 minute run in probably 40 years!! So I'm feeling quite pleased with myself, even if I'm a hot sweaty mess right now. Still on track to graduate next week 😉
