Although I have my badge of honor C25K I have moved up north, retired and have more time. I walk alot, resurrected my park run with the intention of park walking and thought knees are holding up, wear supports why not redo C25K!! Haven't run for probably a few years now, used to belong to a club, done lots of races, have medals and those days are not going to be resurrected πŸ˜‚ but I have a goal, Race for Life in 3 weeks. So really I am just enjoying being out there and redoing the Couch πŸ‘ ps forgot to mention just done week 5 run 3, struggled last few mins but slowed right down and looked at sea

Welcome back! Congratulations on getting to Week 5 Run 3!

I remember that one as being as much mental as physical. Absolutely right to slow down at the end.

Not sure how you remember Week 6, but it surprises some folks after the high your last run.

Good luck on your Race for Life.

Didn't really remember anything about the different weeks until I downloaded them, although I do remember a bit of a struggle a few times on a certain run and repeating. I see it's quite broken up again. Thighs were feeling it a bit yesterday evening but do stretch after final cooldown walk. I also remember really missing c25k and Laura talking, didn't enjoy the 10k step up plan!! So might just stick with the end run!
