Lovely run today to complete week 8. On Isle of Lewis so really out in the wilds with nature for company. Delighted to find a fairly level run from outside the door of our cottage. It was a beautiful morning, not too hot but sunny and bright. Heard a cuckoo and a corncrake as well as lots of skylarks and meadow pipits. Got a little glimpse of the crazily white sands of the beach before I turned at the halfway bell. What more could I ask for?
