First Post-Programme Run (RAIN)

I was itching to get back out for a run as my last run in the programme was three days ago. BUT - the forecast was gloomy with steady rain. After 3 hours of watching the rain, there was a pause that had lasted for quite a few minutes and I thought let's do it. If it starts raining, I can always come back home.

Fortunately for me, the rain held off and I added a few minutes to my 30!! 33 minutes today!

Looking forward to my Garmin Forerunner tomorrow, and I think I'm going to go for a 10K.

Any folks here doing the same?
