picking up the pace

my first run on C25K was way back in February, and I can recall how difficult is was to get to the end of that run.

Well today I made the decision to revisit all my runs by starting at the beginning with week 1 run 1 but this time picking up the pace to make me push a bit harder .

And today I even overtook other runners, which felt really good. I was not out of breath or perspiring as if I had taken a shower. So by my estimation the C25K plan really works. πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»

Consolidation is key... and shaking the runs up, and adding on the longer slower runs too , they are the ones which will allow pace and distance to evolve,
