Today was my scheduled run day, started to watch the marathon build up and decided on a morning run for once. Thought I'd let the route sort itself out as it unfolded and on how I felt. Nice mid section through the fields felt good to get off of the roads, sun was out and not too breezy so all good, even felt like it was all coming together at last during some bits, onward to r3 and completion of 5k 😀

It was such a wonderful event to watch! I wish I’d been there, but it was nice to take the positivity of it all into the rest of the day. It sounds like it had a brilliant effect on your run! That feeling where everything is going well is what we’re all chasing and you certainly found it today. Bring on that final one of the programme…you’ve got some celebrations due!

The 'even felt good in parts' is a nice place to be. Enjoy your graduation run!! 😊
