The warm up is just the 5 minute walk. I'm afraid the stretches are not on the app - although it would be pretty handy if they were! If you look in the pinned posts (All things Couch to 5K), I think there are links to videos of post run stretches.

I've used '8 minute post-run stretching' on Yoga with Tim's YouTube channel, for every run since I began C25K in Jan. I've done 4 parkruns now and still use it. I think the advice is that the best exercise routine is the one you'll actually do - this works for me and hope you find it useful.
Hi, on the couch 2 5k app, if you go onto the discover section of the app, then scroll down to featured videos, they have a pre stretching video & a post stretching video available

Hi,In the app, click 'discover' at the bottom, then 'articles'. Then there are some videos with stretching pre and post exercise. I haven't watched them. New to this this week! Have tried to post a couple of screen shots...
Hi I have now found them - they are in discover ....but you have to scroll down further than the first line. Hope this helps.
thanks for ur question - I didn’t know you could access these from the app! They’ve changed a few things since I first used it.
there is an pre and post stretch in the discovery tab at the bottom of the couch to 5k app
