This morning I graduated again. My running habit hasnโt really become a habit so Iโve ended up revisiting various weeks over the years.
However Iโve kept going and my view is that doing something is far better than doing nothing. I donโt worry about speed / time / distance, my goal is just to keep exercising ( with motivation from Sarah Millican!) and to make it more of a habit. Iโve started off well this year, running twice a week and have kept it up. The most important thing for me is not to get injured so whilst pushing myself if I feel up to it, I donโt push too hard.
Soโฆ keep running everyone and donโt beat yourselves up, just enjoy it and keep on doing it!
