Hi all. After struggling for years with my weight I managed to lose 4 stone and finally felt happier with myself, but a few years ago I lost my best friend and never managed to say goodbye. Due to this I hit a hard rock and the weight has piled on. 7.5 stone to be exact and now weigh in at 21-7 . I turn to food as a comforter when things are rough but hopefully by doing this I can turn things around again.
