Hi there,

I’m 62, and not in anyway considered to be a natural in any type of sport. However, here I am undertaking the Couch to 5K programme for the second time.

Currently on week 4, looking forward to returning to the weekly Park Runs 🏃‍♀️which I last did 2019.
