My diary this morning is pretty full so I had planned my run for this afternoon! However the strong winds changed my mind! They are trending stronger in our local forecast. This beautiful sky tells a story! So a quick phone call to rearrange an appointment and out I went on my NRC speed run! Back home in 30 mins! Good decision! The wind helped my stats too. 🤣 Best time in a while! Run done ✅ Enjoy your day everyone…

It was one of those skies I could have missed! Within minutes that cloud had been blown away by the strong winds.

I must be doing something wrong!! Whenever I go out to run in the wind, whichever direction I take I seem to be running into a head wind and almost end up going backwards. I am sure if I turned round and ran the other way, the wind would change too. 🤣
