🍏 By the end of Week 5 you start to feel like a real runner don’t you! Remember to start that run very slowly, relaxed shoulders, normal breathing & you will nail it! Xx

I turned week 5 run 3 into a snailathon; but the apprehension is far worse than the reality. It felt great to run for 20 minutes non stop. Glad that you are enjoying it πŸ‘
