I started C25K seven months ago and did the first two weeks...then stopped for various reasons. However, I had joined a gym and started to walk everywhere. I have improved my fitness level in the last seven months, so when I brushed off the app and decided to pick up from where I left off I wasn't sure how I would fare.
It was brilliant! I finished week three in less than four days and feel great. The runs weren't gruelling like the first week had been.
Looking forward to week four.

Really glad you’re back and it went so well! It’s great to be a runner who ran a day or two ago instead of a few months ago. Hold on to your rest days between runs-they’re important, especially after a break when you’re more vulnerable to picking up an injury.
