Just like the tiny muscle tears that weight-lifters and gym bunnies get from using the fancy machines in the gym, so runners are impacting their bodies (and digestive systems!) with the way we push on to run that first minute, first five minutes, through C25K ...
It hit me when I was running 15-20 minutes, went away, and then came back at 22-25 minutes. There have been incidents ...
It's worth it though and your body does adjust and get used to the "stress" you put it under as you get fitter!
