Well, I really didn’t want to run today, I’ve had a busy, lovely Christmas, with no time for my running, & was finding it hard to get back into it.
But it wasn’t raining ( an excuse sometimes), I had my new running gloves to try out, so off I went.
As soon as I started running I loved it again! I even ran 5 minutes more than I’d planned! ( most unusual), and then as I was nearing the end of the run it began to snow!
It was wonderful!
My whole mood has changed, even my speed was good, & I can’t wait to get out get out again on Wednesday!
