Yes you can do the run indoors no problem

You can and many, including me, have. There's some useful information about the subject on the main C2 5K page.

Absolutely you can and many have (we have even had some desperate folk who have done C25K running around their apartment, never mind on a machine - and I did some of a re-run of C25K during the pandemic). At this time of year in the UK, short days, iffy weather it may be the best chance of success for some.

If, however, you have any safe option to run outdoors I would suggest giving that a try either instead or as well. Besides being in complete control of your own pace, part of the benefit of the programme is getting you outside (but no running = no benefits so use what is available to you)
