Week8 Run1, learnt my lesson from the last run. So took it nice and easy from the get go.

Have changed to Laura for Week 8 and was able to lift the pace slightly for the final 5 mins with a final burst in the last minute.

Far cry from my last run when I was cursing all the way in the finally 10mins.

Smiley 😊 for the 1st 28min run, and there hasn’t been many of those on this journey.

Isn’t that the best part. The emotions of it all pre and post, the thought of doing something rather than thinking about doing something.

This is the best I’ve felt post run? How odd @ week 8.
