Hey everyone,

Hope we're all enjoying our autumn runs despite that pesky storm!

I know a fair few of you use NRC post graduation, i've been using it for a while now and found it great but recently i've found the guided runs are out of sync with the run (particularly annoying when doing intervals) has anyone else had this, trying to work out if it's my watch or a bhg in the app :(

I use a galaxy watch 4

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend so far :) - Kate

🍏I only ever had a problem the first few times I used the App and deleted it! After reinstalling I have never had a problem since.

Hi Kate, not noticed that but not used for a few weeks, maybe uninstall and reinstall the app and update phone? Maybe obvious things you might have done already but that usually sorts things out. What are they actually out of sync with?

Haven't tried a reinstall yet so I'll give it a go, mainly notice that the intervals on the watch say 'rest' and the audio says 'run' and the workout ends before the audio does which is weird. Hopefully a reinstall will sort it :)

I have found that the NRC app distance tracker to be way out compared with my garmin watch and Strava which then calculates my speed as supersonic.

I download the NRC guided runs on my Samsung phone and Bluetooth to my headband. All my run data is then captured on my Garmin watch.

It does get glitchy like this from time to time. Mine’s not playing up at the moment but it was doing the same thing to me a couple of months ago. Try updating your phone and the app, and your watch if it’s running through that. Try rebooting everything too, the old turn it off and back on again trick 😂 Then if that fails, uninstall and reinstall. Hope that helps. It is very annoying when it’s all out of sync!

It is haha, my intervals look so slow because the audio was saying to rest in them haha 😅 😂

I don't worry just use the app but rely on the Garmin for Data. For me the shorter the run say a few k the apps ok but by 5k its about .5k out and by 10k its 1.5k out. The cheezzy humor is spot on and makes the Ks go by.
