Recovered my mojo

For the past 12 months my mojo has been missing in action on a very regular basis. I finished C5K about 2 years ago and was doing well. I'm a 43 year Army veteran with PTSD so my mojo is a bit dented at times. However, in the past month I have been maintaining my running 3 times a week and am sooo happy. I think my mojo is here for good now!!

Sounds like you're in the groove again! Keep up the good work and keep us posted on your progress. I'm going to be trying a run this morning for the first time since injuring ligaments in my right ankle - about 7 weeks ago. Am very excited!

Good luck with taming that mojo! 👍😀

Slow and steady and see how you go... Well done you... Maybe take a look at Changing room Chat too, on the S and F Forum... all about niggles and twinges this week! :)

Thanks! My physio is very strict and says I must build up gradually - probably a good idea to do C25K again - it will only be the fourth time I've done it!

Thanks for the tip about the S&F forum 👍🙏

I am repeating again for the umpteenth time too! Many of us are right now... and if you stick around you will see familiar faces I feel sure...the programme is so good and we know it works... I am back up to Week 6 now and feeling much happier than when I started it again!

Do keep us posted, it helps other runners so much too!

Thanks - I will post on my progress (hoping that's what it will be, and not another setback!). 🤞
