W9r1 postponed

I should start wk 9 today really but yesterday went on a route march with my friend. She is a runner and was a P.E. teacher so when she walks it is very fast. I think my little legs need a rest between walk and runs but it means a big stretch between runs. I last ran on Sat. Having discovered that I have osteapenia in my hip I think it needs a rest today. I won't be stopping the runs though as they are good for my bones. Lets hope tomorrow goes well.

Thanks. I'll see what tomorrow brings. It can be frustrating though as I'm sure every runner knows.

Ah...yes... I did that with my neighbour, ran one day walked the next. I was diagnosed with osteopinea in my very early 40's, in 25 years it's not progressed. Have fun with your last week of the programme,

Thanks for that. Am hoping to get three days in before next walk but I won't push it.
