Well done on getting going! If you are using the couch to 5k nhs app you can go to the discovery icon at the bottom of the app then scroll down to featured workouts. There's a short pre workout and post workout stretching video there. I'm no expert but these are the ones I've been using and they do the trick for me.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting the first 3 runs under your belt. The 5 min walk prior to every run is an excellent way to warm your body so never skip it. By adding in your dynamic stretching before you go out and the static ones on return you will help prevent injuries. I will post you another link worth reading.
