really don’t know where this came from I just jogged along until my playlist finished - 6.24 km in 47:58 so yes an ultra comfy pace but I haven’t run that far in over 4 years - yes I look like a drowned rat as the rain was quite heavy for a while but I am buzzing!! 🤪🏃‍♀️

7:39 / 7:46 / 7:40 / 7:28 / 7:45 / 07:13 and 2:25 for the last 0.24 x consistency is coming x
