I did run 1 of week 4 at Parkrun yesterday. Was worried about doing the 5 mins but I managed it. I decided to concentrate on the time and not the speed.

🍏 You definitely chose the better option. Speed is not something you want while going through the program. Slow running builds strength and stamina. So well done! Week 4 is an exciting challenge & one I personally enjoyed!

I'm a very slow runner, but I'm giving it a go. One day I'll run the whole 5km at Parkrun. That's my aim!

I love taking part in Parkrun. I think it's a fab way to exercise. I've met some fab people there and found people to be so supportive and encouraging
