I did run 1 of week 4 at Parkrun yesterday. Was worried about doing the 5 mins but I managed it. I decided to concentrate on the time and not the speed.

🍏 You definitely chose the better option. Speed is not something you want while going through the program. Slow running builds strength and stamina. So well done! Week 4 is an exciting challenge & one I personally enjoyed!
