2023: W8R3 done!

So week eight complete. I was really looking forward to today because I really wanted to know "what's around the corner". But although I tried hard, it was still too far :-)

A few things I found out:

- the biggest mistake is to start running too fast. A person is then immediately tired and lacks oxygen, and it is difficult to get out of that state.

- Even though I tried to run faster, the measured result is basically similar to running as slow as possible. Interesting :-D.

Due to health issues, I didn't expect to make it this far.

I came across a famous quote yesterday:

Well, I might as well add that to my profile, because that's exactly what I went with again.

Now I can feel my cervical spine quite well, so I hope I can make it through week 9.

🍏Interestingly I read that quote too and wrote it down! Good one!! Hoping you didn’t overdo it but well done! If you need an extra rest day please take it! You don’t want an injury at this point in time! I was surprised that when faster, the measured result was basically similar to running as slow as possible. Maybe it’s a sign to slow down a little so you can breathe more comfortably. Week 8 sorted ✅ 🎉

Hello, well done and you are almost there! I like the photos too! Keep going! 👍🏼I also noticed while I was doing the challenge that the measurements in my watch were almost identical regardless of my speed efforts (tbh didn't do many efforts in this sense but I did some)... I ended up concluding that the watch roughly estimates based on number of steps and person's height... All the best in week 9!
