So week eight complete. I was really looking forward to today because I really wanted to know "what's around the corner". But although I tried hard, it was still too far
A few things I found out:
- the biggest mistake is to start running too fast. A person is then immediately tired and lacks oxygen, and it is difficult to get out of that state.
- Even though I tried to run faster, the measured result is basically similar to running as slow as possible. Interesting :-D.
Due to health issues, I didn't expect to make it this far.
I came across a famous quote yesterday:
--
“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.

Well, I might as well add that to my profile, because that's exactly what I went with again.
Now I can feel my cervical spine quite well, so I hope I can make it through week 9.
We'll see!
Thanks to everyone for your support and Happy running!
