Just finished the first week and looking forward to week 2.

Just wondering on the rest day can I do my usual 9km walk or should I just focus on the three run a week to avoid possible injury ?

🍏so well done! 👏 It’s only a rest day from running! All other cross training is encouraged…it helps your running. Enjoy and keep hydrated!!
