Sorry for being silent for last month or so. My osteopath told me to pause running and see if my knee improves...I've got some exercises, which I am trying to complete. Fingers crossed they help and I will be back out there running

I don't know if this is relevant to you. But I kept having knee pain episodes and had to stop running while my knees recovered until I found HRT. The missing oestrogen when you get to a certain age results in cartlage not being repaired so I was getting increasingly bad osteoarthritis as the bone was not protected. But not had any knee pain for a couple of years now.

🍏The injury couch is a hard place to be but always necessary if advised by a professional. Hope it’s not too long before your next run.. Thanks for popping in!
