I see it'll be raining tomorrow morning (hope not), but can't wait!
I bought some good shoes and I'm just soooo ready. I hope I don't die

You WON'T die dnahian80, a big congratulations to you on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 tomorrow, I also hope the rain keeps off, welcome to the forum, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, if you wish, you can report your progress back here on this forum
Welcome to the forum! We’ve had so many people start and finish the couch to 5k program…most of us survive! 😂 I do need to warn you that running can become very addictive and you may end up with an obsession with trainers!
There’s a brilliant little guide to the programme here with lots of helpful hints and tips. Well worth a read. Most important is keeping it slow and steady at a pace where you can talk in full sentences without gasping. Most of us go too fast! Recovery days between runs are absolutely essential too.

C25K is a wonderful program. People who thought they didn't like running have been turned into running enthusiasts by this program. Enjoy Oh yes, run more slowly than you think you should
There's something special about running in the rain!
