Go slow! Sounds obvious but I wish I'd read that before I started. I went too fast for my ability and thought about giving up all week 1. I found that stretching afterwards helped with my legs that wouldn't work! Oh and most of all be proud of yourself. Good luck π

You need only run very slowly throughout the programme. Slowly is great

Slowly does it! Wish I'd known that at the start. Don't put it off! Drink plenty (the day before a run too). Take ALL your rest days. And post on here often so we can all encourage you and cheer you on! πππ
Trust the programme, it looks like a steep hill to climb but the programme will get you there, also don't be afraid to repeat and days or weeks as you feel necessary... have fun!
