Hi I’ve just completed week 4 run 2 I’m on holiday at the moment but still keeping to the schedule this morning was really funny a French man kept looking to see who talking to me made me laugh.

That's awesome, Smithwb, that you keep up with the program on your holiday! I did that last year when in the Netherlands and somehow it helped me feel more like a "real runner" (whatever that is...) - traveling with my running gear and all 😎
Who knows maybe you'll motivate some folks in the Alps to start the program!
