W9 R2, I couldn't seem to get going properly on this one, I thought I was slower than normal, kept trying to push but couldn't improve pace, or so I thought, on my Garmin device it has a run/walk detection system, well this time it recorded just 3 seconds under the 30 minutes, the best I had achieved up to this point was 26 minutes, I'll take this as a win, just shows how things can be deceiving. Winning at life ๐๐ช

Seemed to struggle.............
Yay! This happened to my Other Half a couple of weeks ago - thought he had done really badly, everything felt too hard, but turned out he'd smashed it - he'd gone off faster than he realised which is why it all felt like a struggle.
This is not something that I have ever experienced ๐
Looking at your Garmin readout you started off fast on the downward incline and then went pretty steady all the way, even when your route started going into the upward incline.. and you only have your graduation run left! Iโm really looking forward to seeing how you get on with the new prosthetic leg towards the end of the month. I think if I were you I might do the whole Couchto5k programme all over again on the new leg so that you can see the improvement.. Good luck with your graduation run ๐ช๐ฝ๐
Definitely a win! Maybe it felt that way because you started off pretty quickly. If I do that, I feel like Iโm playing catch-up for the whole run. The Toxic Ten comes into play for me. In any case, you did it.
Well done! ๐๐๐๐
Very well done Pete. Always good to get a bonus unexpected result!
