when I started the couch 2 5k I felt like I struggled even with the early running where you run for 60 seconds well today I surprised my self and managed the running for 20mins non stop what a great feeling that was

Hey we done, I know the feeling it such a good one and it spurs you on.

I’ve just finished week 7 and definitely finding it easier with a steady pace each run.

That’s such a milestone. Massive congratulations to you. It’s great to look back and see how far you’ve come. You deserve to be super proud of yourself.

Sometimes week 6 is a bit tricky after the high of week 5-people often go off a bit fast. Keep it steady and you’ll have a great time.

Very well done you... slow and steady as you head into Week 6... it catches some folk out as  MissUnderstanding says, but you are ready for it!
