I did it!!!
I confess I was feeling nervous in the build up to this one, I didn't think there was any way I could go from running 8 minutes at a time to a full 20 minutes in one go. It was absolutely pouring this morning and the old, pre-c25k me would definitely have used this as an excuse not to get out of bed. However, I sucked it up, got out there, and surprised myself π I kept my pace very slow (you could probably have walked past me faster!) and concentrated on my music and my breathing - I was at 15 minutes before I knew it. I honestly could have kept going when Sarah Millican told me it was time to slow down.
Feeling completely delighted π
