Trying to get running back into my routine but must admit its tough. Achy legs and I have only run max of 5 minutes. Determined to keep going really want to get to that 30 minute goal and have a go at our local Park Run.

Take all your runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, if possible get out early as possible to avoid the heat of later in the day, I hope by doing that your legs won't feel so achy.
