5k Park run

Just done me 2nd park run and I think 40 mins not bad but going improve it x

Well done to you Andy6659 on completing your 2nd parkrun in a time of 40 minutes, as time goes on and you go to more parkruns you will improve your time. (I think that 4p mins was 40 minutes. )

I know and actually proper result came in 38.23 and considering that's not doing much running apart from 30 mins on tread every 2 days this week
