Hi everyone, week 8 completed, have enjoyed the early runs, lovely and cool start to the day ๐, I did find 2nd run more of a challenge than the first but run three quite good, close to 3 miles, will keep pushing and get there, hope you've all had a good week, ๐ happy and safe running to all.

itโs strange how every run is different even when you are covering the same distance.. the important thing is to keep on going as you did.. you have made excellent progress through the program.. itโs important now to keep up strength and flex in between โฆ to stay well hydrated every day.. Wow soon to be graduate you are nailing this!! ๐

Well done you. Take the advice from Annieapple ...keep it slow and keep it steady...pop in some strength and stamina work too.
The runs are lovely, longer and relaxed, but you need the whoomph to do them!
