Iβm buzzing having just completed wk 5. Run 3 this morning was more of a psychological victory than physical. Having said that, running more than walking I seem to be covering less ground overall! I guess it proves that Iβm taking it nice and steady on these longer runs π

A great week to complete! And your right , that concerns about that last run are mainly in the mind !
Youl be smiling all day now π
Do take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2 though as they often catch people out with going back to intervals

Slow and steady is just fine... you are doing wonderfully...take it gently going into week 6, it has the potential to throw you a tad, but you will be ready for it...
Very well done you!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 but as others have warned you that run 1 and 2 are back to interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, so take them particularly slowly.

yay!!! Youβve got over that psychological hurdle because thatβs what it isβ¦secret is trying not to look ahead at the runs to come so you donβt have a couple of days to let those gremlins inβ¦irregardless of that, you did itβ¦slow and steady wins the day again!!
Well done flute_of_fancy π πͺ
Congratulations π

Well done, this run is still ahead of me, planned for the weekend. But slow and steady it is. We don't have to worry about distance for now π
