I am on week 9 of my C25k journey. If and when I complete it, I will need a new goal. Does anyone have any advice on this, ie what did you do?

When you complete the programme we would then point you in the direction of the current badge post .

There are several links within that post worth reading .

One is to a post called 'What's next'

Here is the link if you would like to check it out now, it may give you a few ideas 🙂

Instructor57 gave you a good link.

In general some people want to go longer distances, some want to go quicker, (or both) and some are happy just sticking with 30 mins running - the choice is yours. Some decide running is not for them and are just happy to have completed C25K. It's a very individual choice.
