I’ve just completed week 3 run 3 and found this week hard going. I’m worried about the step up next week. It sounds hard going

I’ve felt the same before every step up in the programme - and (so far) always managed it at my slow and steady pace. I think it’s in part a mental challenge.

You can do this!

You are absolutely ready for week 4 !How do I know ?

Because you successfully completed week 3 and that's how the program works !

Sometimes it's just the head that needs convincing 😁

Just remember the basics .

Keep hydrated and keep the runs slow.

Enjoy !
